Shipping Policy
Dispatch of your online order from our warehouse will generally take between 1 – 2 business days from the time of your order being placed. We are sorry that we do not ship to international destination for any order placed online in the meantime. We are not liable for any loss of the good after parcel has been delivered to the designated address or any wrong shipment information provided by customer.
Return & Exchange Policy
Refund
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at breynia.plt@gmail.com for instructions and a return authorization.
Any unopened and unused products may be returned for any reason within 30 days of purchase. The products must be in new condition with original, resalable packaging. For health and hygiene reasons, any opened products are not returnable. Similarly, any products where the labeling or packaging has been torn in such a way that the products are not resalable are also not returnable.

A refund will be credited for the cost of the products, excluding return shipping charges, upon arrival of the returned products. You will receive a confirmation email once your refund has been arranged. Once processed, you will receive your refund within 3 business days.
Exchange
If you have changed your mind after your purchase, please email us at breynia.plt@gmail.com with your order number for detailed instructions.

To exchange an order, the products must be in a new, sellable condition. On exchanges, you will be charged the cost of return shipping, and we will ship the new products with no additional shipping fees charged to you.
